Order Scheduling and Customer Communications

Reynolds have implemented the Bottom Line suite of software for Stock Management and Vehicle Scheduling. The Bottom Line software allows us to manage the stock in a retail petrol station or for a commercial site, Reynolds then manage the stock and schedules the deliveries to ensure the site always has fuel in stock.

We have invested significantly in our customer communication stack and ePOD processes. These have been designed to utilise a mixture of inhouse systems and 3rd supplied software, while all data is stored on Reynolds managed servers hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform.

The communication functionality is customizable for individual customers and even individual delivery sites, the main elements include

  • ETA with delivery window and details of the order planned, this is automatically updated if the order or schedule changes
  • eBOL sent the customers once the truck is loaded, different layouts are possible at a customer level depending on requirements
  • ePOD a PDF copy of the signed delivery document can be emailed to the customers once the delivery is completed on the tablet
