Reynolds Logistics are leading suppliers of dedicated and shared user point-to-point delivery of fuels for both corporate and private customers. The service can be based upon a dedicated contract basis or on a spot-hire basis.
Our drivers are fully ADR trained in the delivery of fuels and undergo extensive training in the loading and discharging of these volatile products. Deliveries can be undertaken to garage forecourts, distribution depots, industrial premises and directly to ships for marine use.
Our fleet of non-client branded tankers means we can tailor a very flexible service at a moment’s notice to cover the changing requirements of this very demanding market sector.
On Truck Computing
Reynolds is a pioneer in using on-board computing devices in its fleet for more than 20 years to optimise the order management and delivery process in the fuel industry.
The system enables the tracking of orders from Reynolds to the customer site, with electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) available shortly after. The Reynolds IT solution can offer real benefits to our customers by improving customer service through increased visibility of order status and the ability to send updates directly to customers via SMS / email on expected arrival time.
When the order is completed, the delivery information is interfaced back to our customer systems, including an image of the ePOD, accelerating the confirmation process and eliminating the need for paper documents.

Reynolds is a leading provider of fuel supply solutions for retail and commercial customers. We use the Bottom Line suite of software to optimise our stock management and vehicle scheduling processes. With this software, we can monitor the fuel levels and demand patterns of over 400 retail stations and deliver the fuel efficiently and reliably. For our commercial customers, we offer a full-service solution where we manage the stock and schedule the deliveries for them, ensuring that they never run out of fuel.
Our customer communication stack and ePOD processes are the result of significant investment and innovation, and they give us a competitive edge in the market. By combining our own systems and software from external providers, we can offer you a customised and flexible solution that meets your specific needs and preferences. Our data is hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform, which ensures that your information is safe and accessible at all times, and that our service is fast and reliable.
The communication functionality is customisable for individual customers and even individual delivery sites.
- • ETA with delivery window and details of the order planned; this is automatically updated if the order or schedule changes
- • eBOL is sent to the customers once the truck is loaded; different layouts are possible at a customer level depending on requirements
- • ePOD – a PDF copy of the signed delivery document can be emailed to the customers once the delivery is completed on the tablet
